Having good communication skills doesn’t mean we won’t ever argue. Instead, it means we have the tools, strength, and confidence to navigate tough situations when they arise.

Our Power Hour coach, Tania Melick, is an accomplished multilingual, multicultural Coach and Facilitator based in Beirut, Lebanon. She is passionate about leadership, multicultural team development, and masterminding. She believes in using the power of empathy, creative tools and techniques and performance improvement methods to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to figure out new ways to grow, realize change and improve personal and business results.
These sessions are sponsored by the International Coaching Federation, and will be facilitated by a certified coach from One to One – Women Coaching Women. Each coach is professionally trained to use tools and resources that expand your awareness and ability to communicate, and advocate more effectively, gain confidence, prioritize and set goals, as well as feel more engaged and energized.
